INFO FOR SENIOR PASTORS

The Two52 Conference is an opportunity to get away for three days and grow
like Jesus did in Luke chapter two verse fifty-two. “And Jesus grew in
wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” While our young people
are enjoying the Two52 Conference, senior pastors have a unique opportunity
to network with other senior pastors and to hear teaching from great leaders
who are doing innovative and effective ministry. Please see the Agenda

SENIOR PASTORS LOUNGE

• A Pastors’ Lounge will be set up to host you throughout the event. All of our conference staff and team will be able to give you directions upon your arrival.
• Proceed to the Pastors' Lounge upon your arrival to receive your conference package and all necessary information.
• The Lounge hours will be Sunday: 5pm – 9.30pm Monday – Wednesday: 10am –3pm and 5.30pm – 10pm
• Access to the Internet will be provided in the Lounge area via an Internet cafe.
• Light refreshments will be available throughout the day for your convenience.
• The Lounge is reserved for Senior Pastors and their two guests.

INFO FOR YOUTH PASTORS

The Two52 Conference is an opportunity for students to get away for three
days and grow like Jesus did in Luke chapter two verse fifty-two. “And Jesus
grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.”  Young people
grow in wisdom as they hear great teaching, in stature and favor with men as
they do life and have fun with new friends, and they grow in favor with God
as they experience powerful moments that leave them with a life-long passion
for Jesus.  Young people leave the conference understanding that the touch
of God is always for the task of God. While the teenagers are enjoying the
Two52 Conference, youth pastors have a unique opportunity to network with
other youth pastors and to hear teaching from great leaders who are doing
innovative and effective ministry.   Please see the Agenda page for more

EXCLUSIVE

• A Youth Pastors' Lounge will be set up to host you throughout the event. It will be located in The Exclusive Room. All of our conference staff and team will be able to give you directions upon your arrival.
• When you arrive go to the Youth Pastors’ Lounge to receive your conference package and all necessary Two52 Conference information.
• The Lounge hours will be: Sunday – 5pm – 9.30pm Monday – Wednesday 10am – 3pm and 5:30pm – 10pm.
• Internet access will be provided in the Lounge area via an Internet café.
• Light refreshments will be available throughout the day for your convenience.
• The Lounge is reserved for Youth Pastors and their two guests.

TWO52 CONFERENCE VENUE

• The Two52conference is a conference and not a “Youth Camp”. Accommodations and food are not included in the conference registration.
• Please see the agenda page for a list of scheduled activities
• There will be daily down time when limited staff and security will be on campus. During this time, youth pastors and parents are responsible for
  their teenagers.

TWO52 REGISTRATION

• Registration is available online. Please click on the register link to register for Two52 Conference.
• A parental consent form is necessary for each delegate attending the
  conference under the age of 18. Consent forms can be downloaded from the website and manually completed.
• Delegates will be the responsibility of the chaperones and youth pastors/leaders of the church they came with.
• We suggest exchanging the phone numbers of the youth pastors, leaders, and hotel contact information with parents prior to departure for the conference.

PRE REGISTRATION

Delegates who have completed and signed waivers on file and have registered can avoid the conference rush by picking up their registration packets and badges early!
These pick-up times are:
Saturday       Juy 20, 2013    5-8pm
Sunday         July 21, 2013    9am-2pm
Wednesday July 24, 2013    5-9pm
Saturday       July 28, 2013    5-8pm
 

FOOD AND LODGING

• Two52 Conference does not provide food or lodging. Lodging will need to be secured by the students’ home church/youth pastor.
• Food will be available for purchase at the conference venue and at local restaurants nearby.
• Please explore this site for details on local hotels & restaurants
• Food WILL NOT be included with this year’s registration.

ENVIRONMENT

• We endeavor to create a safe, secure and Godly environment for our delegates to experience a life-changing encounter with God.
• We reserve the right to refuse conference admittance to the conference to any delegates who are disruptive, propose danger, or are found to be
  engaging in any form of sexual behavior. If this should happen, the costs necessary to transport the delegate home will be the responsibility of the parent.
• We reserve the right to refuse conference admittance to any delegates who have in their possession drugs, alcohol, weapons, or condoms.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

• A nurse will be onsite throughout the conference hours. Our nurse is equipped to handle all minor incidents.
• In case of emergency, if you need to reach your child during the conference, please call (219) 922-6500.

• You should inform our registration team of your child’s allergies, medications, or other medical conditions. We suggest that youth pastors and chaperones are made aware as well.
